The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA or indicate AOTA approval of a certification or other professional recognition.

CEU calculations are based on completing all learning activities by clock hours (excluding breaks) and dividing by 10. Hours are determined based on time to complete video-based learning and live discussion. Partial credit is not provided.

Our learning management software requires that all activities are completed to receive a certificate. We take roll for activities not conducted on the learning management software. In synchronous classes, Full attendance and active participation is required and monitored for attendance purposes at the beginning of the course. Following completion of the class, learners must complete a Test of Learning Outcomes and Course evaluation to receive credit.

Once a class is completed, learners will receive a certificate of completion and attendance for their records. If this certificate needs to be replaced, the learner will provide the original email address used to register for the course and an official request for replacement records that is signed and dated. Replacements will be provided electronically for a fee of $25.

All handouts and resources are available for download on the Thinkific platform 1 week prior to your course activity.

Powerfully You is not responsible for device compatibility issues, and it is each registrant’s responsibility to ensure his/her device is compatible with the noted platform and services. Any difficulty with compatibility is not grounds for a refund after the live webinar session begins.

No refunds offered on courses and/or curriculum if cancelled by learner. Courses cancelled by provider will be provided with registration of equal value at the convenience of the learner.
